Dr. Abhishek Kashyap is a PhD in Supply Chain Management from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, India. His research primarily focuses on sustainable food supply chains, with a special emphasis on technology integration and stakeholder-driven decision-making. His doctoral work is among the first empirical studies on the foxnut (makhana) supply chain, a regionally significant crop in Bihar, and employs a combination of mixed methods and bibliometric analysis to address critical challenges related to transparency, traceability, and efficiency. In addition to his research contributions, Dr. Kashyap has published extensively in reputed journals indexed in ABDC (A B C), Scopus, and SCI. His academic interests extend to issues such as food loss and waste, circularity, and digital transformation in agri-food systems. He has also been involved in teaching at the postgraduate level and actively contributed to student placement preparation. Through his research and academic engagement, Dr. Kashyap aims to contribute to the development of inclusive, sustainable, and data-driven supply chain solutions aligned with global development goals.
