He has 33 years of teaching experience in HRM, Law, Strategic Management and Business Administration. He also have 4 years of corporate experience. He rendered services as a HR Consultant for more than 10 years. Swamy was awarded as Best trainer by the ICFAI University. He has authored 2 text books on Employment Law and Human Resource Management. His main focus is teaching through Case Studies. He firmly believe that a management student learns effective and result oriented decision-making skills through case study discussion.
