With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Prabir Chandra Padhy has established himself as a distinguished figure in teaching, research, corporate training, and industry consultancy. His scholarly contributions encompass articles in national and international journals of high repute. Notably, Dr. Padhy has orchestrated the successful organization of multiple educational initiatives. These include administering AICTE-sponsored FDPs, DST-sponsored Workshops, MDPs, and a host of other endeavors. His influence also extends to the corporate realm, where he has conducted impactful training sessions for prominent industry. Currently positioned at VIT Business School within VIT, Vellore.

Dr. Prabir presented a research manuscript titled “”Emotional Intelligence: A Barrier against Cultural Turbulence in Indian Corporations”” at a national conference titled “”India Inc.: Challenges & Prospects Amidst Emerging Disruptions.”” This event was a collaborative effort between the “”Indira Institute of Management, Pune”” and “”SP Pune University, Pune, Maharastra”” on the 19th and 20th of February, 2016. As a result, he was honored to receive the Best Paper award for his presentation.

Dr. Prabir has also received a “”Certificate of Appreciation”” from SRICT, Gujarat (currently known as “UPL University of Sustainable Technology, Gujarat”) for leading the “”5S Implementation Process.
