Dr. Joice Swarnalatha R is an accomplished academic and research professional with over 19 years of teaching and analytical experience, including 17+ years as an Associate Professor and 2 years as a Senior Associate in Pricing Analytics. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and is UGC-NET qualified. Her expertise spans HRM, operations research, business statistics, and advanced analytics using tools such as SPSS, AMOS, R, Tableau, and MS Excel. She has published extensively in reputed journals, presented papers at national and international conferences, and authored a book on emerging trends in HRM. With strong skills in mentoring, research analysis, and process improvement, Dr. Joice effectively bridges academia and industry through her teaching, research, and corporate analytics roles.
