Ms. Abinaya is a young and dynamic academic professional with a strong passion for learning and teaching. She holds dual postgraduate degrees: an MBA in Banking and Insurance and an M.Com. She has demonstrated academic excellence by securing the University Gold Medal in her MBA(B&I) program and qualifying the UGC-NET eligibility for Assistant Professor in two domains, namely Management and Commerce. Her teaching interests include monetary management, digital banking, principles and practice of insurance, and microfinance. She has presented research papers at more than 15 national and international conferences and has received the Best Research Paper Award from Loyola College, Chennai, and RDIAS, Delhi. She has published seven research papers as the first author in Scopus-indexed and UGC CARE-listed journals affiliated with prestigious national institutions such as the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, the Insurance Institute of India, and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition, she contributes to contemporary banking discourse through her articles in The Hindu Business Line newspaper. She has completed five short-term online certification courses offered by globally recognized institutions, including Case Western Reserve University, the University of Colorado, and EDHEC Business School.
