Madhumita comes with 5+ years of teaching and research experience in the field of Development Economics. She has received her Ph.D. from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Kharagpur. Her work examines interlinked issues of conservation which addresses real-world tourism industry needs. She leverages her experience to deliver core Economics courses for the MBA and undergraduate programmes. She has Publications in international peer-reviewed and ABDC journals. She is also a reviewer in reputed international journals. At VITBS, she is also a part of student clubs and chapters which endeavors towards the holistic development of the future managers.
