Dr. Jeevan John Varghese is an Assistant Professor at VIT Business School, VIT Vellore. He holds a PhD from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He is particularly interested in understanding how empathy, emotional intelligence, and shared vision shape trust, collaboration, and creativity in complex organisational settings. Dr. Varghese has published in reputed Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals and has presented his work at international conferences. He is also a recipient of the University Grants Commission’s Junior Research Fellowship and secured an All-India Rank of 5 with a 99.93 percentile in Human Resource Management and Labour Welfare.
