Dr.H.Ramaseshan is a Professor in the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.He has 20 years of experience with the industry and 18 years in Academics. He has served as an Assistant Manager, Andhra Bank and as a Dy.GM with the Indian Ordnance Factories, Government of India, Ministry of Defence. He was also the Head of Training, Hyundai Motor India. He has taught at ICFAI and IBS, Gurgaon and IBS, Hyderabad. In VIT, he has taught courses such as Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Training and development and Entrepreneurship. He has authored 11 articles, including 5 Scopus-indexed, 6 case studies and 10 Teaching Notes. He has also conducted a number of Management Development programmes.
